Even in the Wake of a Hurricane, SURFSIDE Stands Strong.

Here at SURFSIDE, we fared considerably well during Hurricane Irene, even with storm surge waves crashing over the sea wall right in front of us. At 17 feet above sea level, our residents were not evacuated, and there was no flooding.

With underground utilities and quality of construction, we were kept safe from damage, and had continuous power. Sadly, other cities were not as fortunate, and many of our part-time residents came to stay until power could be restored to those communities.

Residents who watched the storm from their windows will certainly tell you: SURFSIDE is the safest, most reliable place to live.
